Ms. Weaver grew up right here in Austin, Texas. She is the newest member to the team Mr. Wenholz has assembled over the years. She is very happy to be assisting and working with Mr. Wenholz on his varied and extensive case load, but, Ms. Weaver passion for the law lies in family law matters. She wants to help Austin families navigate the muddy waters of divorce and child custody.
Since Ms. Weaver joined the practice the firm has expanded the client docket to include divorce, child custody and other family law matters. Ms. Weaver believes that the goal of a lawyer in family law matters should not be to win at all costs, but rather to take into consideration the needs of every person in the family and to help achieve a new and healthier family dynamic. People experiencing divorce are often going through the worst emotional situation they have ever experienced. Ms. Weaver strives to provide a level head while proposing legal advice with the understanding that most people are in need of both.
Ms. Weaver works hard to achieve the best outcomes for her clients by strategic planning, skilled negotiations, and when necessary, aggressive court representation at hearings and at trial. Ms. Weaver represents individuals in divorce and family law cases in the Greater Austin area, including Travis County, Williamson County, Hayes County and Bastrop County.
Ms. Weaver lives in Austin with her husband and their precious puppy, Niko. They consider themselves to be foodies and take every opportunity to try new restaurants that arrive in Austin. The Weavers also spend as much time as they are able tending to their flower garden and sitting on the deck enjoying the beautiful Texas hill country view.
