Senior Case Manager / Staff Investigator
As a former manager for a multi-billion dollar international design/builder, Mr. Howton gained extensive experience in the construction of large scale chemical processing plants, semi-conductor manufacturing facilities and many large scale commercial developments. Mr. Howton was the Plaintiff’s key witness in one of the most cited and seminal fraud cases in Texas history, Kajima v Formosa, resulting in a $32 million dollar verdict. Since his employment with the Wenholz Law Firm, Mr. Howton has investigated, researched and assisted with hundreds of cases consisting of: Insurance Bad Faith, Product Defect, Building Defect, EIFS, Mold, Foundation, Real Estate and Personal Injury. Additionally, Mr. Howton is a licensed Private Investigator and handles the investigative needs for the Wenholz Law Firm. When Mr. Howton is not hard at work, you can either find him cruising the hills of Austin on his Boulevard or spending quality time with his wife and two granddaughters.
